Heather Flanagan - President and Director of Membership
Heather is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling- Hypnotherapist. Her private practice is based in Vancouver with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Parts Therapy and Family of Origin therapy. Other areas of focus include self confidence/self esteem, anxiety, phobias, weight management, children/teen issues and more.
Sylvain Joseph - Vice-President
Sylvain is a standing Director of ARCH. He is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling- Hypnotherapist. He works with an integrated structure of several modalities, including Cognitive/Behavioural, NLP and Hypnosis helping clients with self-esteem, anxieties, fears and phobias. He has specialty certifications in the following areas: Weight Control, Smoking Cessation, Pain Management, ADD and Immune Disorders. He is in private practice in downtown Vancouver.
Gerda Toffoli - Records and Certificates
Gerda is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist and has a Masters’ degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC. She has extensive experience in personal and group counselling, including the use of guided imagery to deal with major life transitions, grief and loss counseling, conflict resolution and peer-helper training. Focus in her client-centered private Vancouver practice includes personal growth and interpersonal relationships, self-esteem and self-confidence, anxiety and stress management, insomnia and overcoming internal blockages in sports, academics, or other endeavours.
Kemila Zsange - Secretary
Kemila is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling- Hypnotherapist (Cand.). She has a full-time private practice based in West-End Vancouver, offering services that help people find their own inner wisdom to interrupt patterns, to learn from the depth of their own being and to be the best they are meant to be. She treats men, women and children around issues and conditions such as Fear and Phobia, Insomnia, Performance Anxiety, Depression, Weight Loss, Stress Reduction, Past Life Regression and Future Life Progression. She also teaches Self-Hypnosis courses in local community centres.

Pierre Benoit - Eastern Canada ARCH Representative
Pierre Benoit worked as a Specialized Educator and Child and Family Counselor from 1977 to 1998. From 1996 to 2004 he opened the Institut International de Formation et de Ressourcement Inc. where he taught, in different agencies and companies throughout Quebec, intervention techniques to handle verbal and physical aggression. Pierre is certified as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and in 2004 opened the full time practice, Clinique d’hypnothérapie et de relation d’aide.
